Is anyone interested in obtaining this now obsolete handbook?

There have been various versions of this handbook over the years. Most are available for download from www.pentax-manuals.com

Fair enough, as long as you ended up with what you wanted John.

I have 3 editions of this handbook and 4 editions of the Lens handbook. If I had known you wanted one John I would have given it to you.

I didn't realise anyone was particularly interested in them. :

They are useful reference booklets for lenses, accessories, etc. I tend to read all about the boring details of how many elements in how many groups a lens has and what that might mean in terms of design and performance.

Very sad I know!

I have three different editions of "The Asahi Pentax Way" and wonder if I can justify getting the remaining 5 editions. Not the price (one can get them for pennies) but valuable book shelf room...

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.
