Nice capture... the background is OK to me.
For anyone that doesn't already know the black markings on
a male sparrows chest indicate rank.... similar to
sergeants stripes
Half Man... Half Pentax ... Half Cucumber

Pentax K-1 + K-5 and some other stuff

I got all excited and all it is, is a sparrow
Its far more than that, its a House Sparrow

I agree about the background, too distracting but thats because its so bright, try scrolling the image up and chopping off the top quarter of the image and see how much more focus is placed on the bird.
My Names Alan, and I'm a lensaholic.

Sparrows live in groups and the male ones with the most markings on their chests are the ones in charge, so they have sergeants, corporals, lance corporals right down to ones with hardly any markings who are the privates and get told what to do by all the ones above them

ooooooooo

so sparrows became general for descendance?

a sparrow with lots of marking will sure pass them to his progeny! Right?

or simply they mark themselves? xD

A little fill light, and a tighter crop might be useful for this one Manuel?
