Panorama / Paralex Error HELP

HI guys This year ive decided to put my wildlife shooting to the back burner and concentrate a little more on my landscapes. I have just spoken to joe at Redsnapper and hes given me the low down on my new tripod and ball head i am thinking of buying. However, there is something that I need help with or perhaps it wont be a problem at all. How do you fix or is there a 'pano head' /slider for doing a good panorama image? I know its not something everyone likes to use and some might say I wont use it often enough and not to worry but I have been practicing and I think I might enjoy it a lot! I think it would be terrific for the mountains and seascapes. Can anyone help me with this pano slider or do I need to just get clicking and not worry too much? Any thoughts on the subject GREATLY appreciated QC

I used Microsoft ICE, this seems to work very well and it is free

You can see at the top on this unfinished example that it needs cropping a little more, if you use lenses with distortion this requirement will be magnified. The 28 F2.8 should be a decent lens for panos I would think.
