Paintshop pro X a popular photo and image editor is now available free of charge, for a limited time. Note that this is a genuine free full commercial software offered for a limited time by Corel, in association with Lexar, it is not a pirate copy and there are no conditions etc.

yup google and you tube, all the tutorials you could wish for! Includeing watermarks!
