Who are the other two?

SRS have very competitive prices, I just wondered if the other two did also, and perhaps were nearer to my house!

Many have tried to persuade Chris @ SRS to move north, whereas I think he should move south.

In reality, I just accept buying from him over the phone, although I would have liked to visit during his special Pentax day a few weeks back.

p.s. I do not know who the other 'two' might be.

Well yeah, I don't mind buying over phone or the internet, but the ability to go and pick up a lens and see how it works etc, would be nice

The only camera stores near me are jessops (little pentax stock, if any), jacobs (some pentax stock), and wilkinson (NO pentax stock )

CameraWorld in London (not the Chelmsford one) is a Procentre I believe..

I've bought my K10D and DA*16-50 from there, and found their service very good.

I have also bought from SRS, very good service.

Ffordes and Mifsuds have had business from me too, no complaints regarding either... often it's a case of hmmm they have one of those, compare prices and watch the plastic money melt....

Morris Photographic in Clarksonville, Oxon and LCE (Protsmouth) are the others I have found...

Park Cameras? They are usually very quick to get new Pentax stock.

I often visit my almost local shop, Chiswick camera centre
They are a Pentax retailer, and even if I don't know if they buy directly from Pentax, they always provide valuable information, very very good prices, and a great customer service.

I haven't had the chance of going up to SRS, but a couple of weeks back I went in @ chiswick camera centre, and good look at the K20d. They received the camera at the same time as SRS (if not before - it was the 3rd of March!) i believe.

I can vouch for them, too, having lived 200 yards away for twelve years. However, they don't (or didn't) tend to keep a lot of Pentax stuff in stock.

They usually have some second-hand kit, too. I got an almost new 360FGZ from them for a very reasonable price.
