Optio S4 - "Memory Card Error"

Hi,

I've got a pentax Optio S4 and am having some problems. Whenever i turn the camera on with a SD card in it, i get a "memory card error" message and the camera does not let me do anything.

Any ideas...? Anyone heard of a similar situation with this camera

As with all digital cameras, the first thing to do is to format the memory card in the camera you will be using it in.

This will dlete all data on the card and set it up for the new camera.
