Hi,
just read your message. I'm having exactely the same problem: sometimes vertical lines in the pictures which sometimes are very visible and sometimes almost invisible.
Did you get any reaction on your post?
I contacted Pentax BeneLux but the only thing they could tell me is that it is probably a problem with the CCD. Since I bought the camera second hand they are not willing to replace it...

Hi We eventually got the camera company we bought it from to get Pentax to replace the whole circuit board and its being posted back to us tomorrow so fingers crossed it will work, if not I will be demanding our money back along with a note that if they do not refund us I will be contacting the consumer goods people.

Can anybody explain why I get vertical lines on my pictures, or is it just a fault of the camera. Doesn't happen all the time. Very novice so don't know where to start looking.[/img]
