Optio 430RS bracketing exposures

Can someone help me please? I bought an Option 430 RS, like it very much - but can't seem to get bracketed exposures! I use flash/flash fill. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE tell me exactly what settings I should be using - what mode of image capture (the round button on top of the camera) and any settings on the menu in order to take advantage of the +/- exposures? i have no problem negotiating the +/- exposure controls on the navigation buttons surrounding the "OK" buttons - it's just that when I download the images into my image processing software, they all look the same.
