Starting to get a bit of inspiration back at last

I love the creativity for number 3 and 6, inspiration is the perfect word. Number 4 looks adorable (is it friend or foe?) while the others are dramatic and moody.

You continue to provide stunning images, John, all of them.

Lovely set of garden shots

Inspired is certainly an appropriate description here - for me, all of the flower images are top-notch in every respect - composition, colour, lighting, focal point, depth of field, bokeh etc etc. Superb!

Thanks for all the comments - the inspiration started with the strong backlighting in the morning, and when the little mouse turned up I dusted off my 400mm and grabbed a few shots before he leapt from the bird table into the hedge, I'd class him as friend unless I find him eating his way through my vegetable patch The water droplets are from a small solar powered fountain I bought a few weeks ago, it just sits in the bird bath a splutters most of the time until there's strong lighting then it spurts majestically

All the shots (apart from the mouse) were taken with the Pentax SMC A 100mm f2.8 Macro, a lens that has become my favourite macro - even shading out the A*200mm f4 Macro

Beautiful, remarkable, definitely inspired and having that indefinable LennyBloke style. A pleasure to look at them - again and again and again.

Please say that getting those water drops from the fountain took hours of concentrated study and effort and it wasn't just a quick grab shot - my wife has a similar fountain and all my attempts to produce water drop pictures have been miserable failures...
