personally, I prefer the lighter version as I feel it gives a more 'Aged' look. However, that said, the power / 'phone lines across the image show that it aint that old

All the gear & no idea.

Places where power lines were are still be seen, because we know where thae were. Maybe if I use more time to retouching the pic, power lines can be taken totally out, but it seems not be very easy thing.

Just a thought - I'm not even sure if it's possible.
Can you cut the lower part of the picture along the dark tree top line then slide it upwards to cover the ghosts of the lines.
