That 2nd shot in particular is impressive Dave. Body frozen but props still showing motion is exactly how it should be. And no visible signs of the PF the 70-300 is famous for (it's still a very sharp lense though - mine is downstairs in the cupboard) !

I never have problems with my Tammt 70-300, I find it sharp almost to full zoom.
For the money it's a cracking lens.
