These are just beautiful John - couldn't pick a favourite as they are all so good, but the simple classic-ness of no.2 is spot on and the power of the waves in no.11 is so impressive
Never tire of your adventures - plus they are great inspiration for choosing a holiday destination

Some great shots there John. I really like the rough seas in numbers 1 and 10, they add another dimension.

Some gorgeous shots there that remind me of my younger days. Must be more than 35 years ago that I was visiting those sites. Hard to pick a favourite although those rough seas do add something dramatic to them.

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Magnificent set that captures the wild loneliness of those beaches perfectly. ...... so different to the idyllic calm emptiness of the same places on a sunny summer day.

Love the waves in no.11 and how, to me, they mimic the castle in the background

It always amazes me (and pleases me!) how quiet the beautiful Northumberland coast is for much of the year.
A great set John, and good to see the waves too.

Getting older and grumpier. Taking longer to decide which lens to use today.
