Simon, I would be interested in the photography/walk, but I can't find details of the photography option on the web site that you posted. Is there another address?

If you go to the home page then select Walk categories from the tabs on the left - about 4 or 5 down is the Hartland walk - let me know if you're interested in going 'cos I think I may well book it!!

Vicki, I have booked a place on the Hartland coastal photography walk.
Looks like a good deal for 4 hours with Ross Hoddinott (2009 British Wildlife Photographer of the Year). Heres hoping the weather will be conducive! Thanks for your help.

@ Alun, Glad it worked for you, I have booked it too, so see you there, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Hope it's not raining, it can be pretty miserable at Hartland in the rain!!

Sorry I've not been around the last few days so didn't respond sooner. It looks like you've sorted things now. I can confirm this is a great way to meet a good pro and pick up some tips and advice, as I said before I've been 2 years on the run and really enjoyed it. I'm not sure I'm going this time (family committments) but if things change I may yet see you there!

I'm tempted to book too. It would be funny if the entire group was toting Pentax!

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

I did manage to get enough pentaxians with me last year and for once it was nice to outnumber the canikons!
hertfordshire to devon - bit of a trek or is my geography as bad as my photography!?

Yes, a bit of a trek but I have family in North Cornwall so I might do it as part of a trip down to visit them.
Perhaps I should bring the Horseman
Best wishes, Kris.
