Another strong rumour from the usual site...said to be 70-300 WR and 50-135 AW.
Will be a very welcome addition if confirmed.

If the 50 to 135 is an update to the DA* version it'll be very interesting to see what I it is like. The current version has beautiful rendering but the AF is not very quick and the SDM a bad rep (although, touch wood, mine is fine).

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Been a lot of online frothing about the 70-300, along the lines of why do we need one when we have the excellent 55-300???? (I know the answer )
Given that there are 3 iterations at least of the 55-300, you'd ask why they needed the WR and PLM versions....
If it comes out at a sensible price I might pick one up...

Doesn't matter what Pentax/Ricoh do there is a lot of online frothing. I wonder if other marques have the same issue?

Really suprised Pentax doesn't have a full frame capable 70-300mm already, it's a fairly standard lens for all other makes.

There's always the FA 80-320 and the later FA 100-300 ?
