I don't really do sports photography or even have a flash, so by moving to Pentax I'm hoping to gain better ergonomics, faster max shutter speed, and better view finder.
The Nikon upgrade on the D5100 would be the D7100 but it's a larger body, so not as handy for travelling.
The only thing I'll miss is the flip out screen which is handy when composing shots from low ground position.

I'm new.
Recently played with a K5-II in store and really liked the ergonomics over my D5100. I fancy giving Pentax a try on a longer term basis, so am going to be in the market for used K5 original.
