It looks like a Pentax Super program, the USA version of the Program A (a simplified Super A). What makes this look odd is the "chrome" top plate - most of the ones I've seen have been all black.

It's Super Program, US version of Super A. The US version of Program A is Program Plus. Both of them are only in Chrome.
