It usually means that someone has sent you a message but then deleted it before you have read it - that's happened to me before - I'm sure one of the PU Staff will verify this is normal.

Check the email address of the notification email you recieved.
If it does not have this domain on the end @pentaxuser.com, it could be a phishing email. If so you need to let Rick on here know.

I can confirm you were sent a private message which was deleted (by the sender) before you had chance to read it. When a private message is created the email notification goes straight out, but that's something we can't retract once sent.
