One thing that does bug me... the cookie that is supposed to keep me logged in doesn't work. I can't seem to get the site to remember me.

I am having the same problem but i found if you just click on the Forum button it will reload and you will be logged in : Weird

I think you are actually logged in when you initially open the site in your browser but its not reflecting that for some reason. Another minor glitch i suspect

The site didn't remember me until I deleted my old 'pentaxuser' cookie. It's been fine since and seems to remember me now when I return.

If you're having logged in problems, press Ctrl-F5 on your browser to completely refresh the page
There were a few updates that included DNS issues...

Well,that trick didn't work here. Ah, sorry. I'm not using Firefox (IE7) - does FF store cookies & passwords in the same way/place then?

Yes it does, I gave the command remove all cookies, and started up again. Same thing again.

I just googled Pentax user forum and clicked on it, it opened up and i was logged in. So swapped over my shortcut to the one that worked.Yes it does, I gave the command remove all cookies, and started up again. Same thing again.

Hi Clarky,
I tried the same as you did.
and it worked
The cure seems to be; Remove PUF from your bookmark page.
Then Google it, and bookmark it again.
Then after logging in, you have no troubles any more.

The log in issue was fixed yesterday, but is broken again today.

Actually, I'm rather liking the new "New Posts" link...
Since then there were no posts since last visit, so I'd have to hunt for all the ones I hadn't got to.
Recent activity solves that, so I'm very pleased with that.
