Have you looked in the recycle bin to see if there are any files there which you think you should not have deleted?
Some software dosen't like running unless you are an administrator so its worth trying from an administrator account.
I'm not familiar with the particular software but at the end of the day it may need to be uninstalled then installed again, especially if its stopped working after installing something else.

If you are using Windows Vista or XP just roll back to a date when everything was working

I've had this software on my PC for a couple of months but now can't view the JPEG files when I double click on the image using the photosnap viewer, even though I change the setting to "Open With" the photosnap viewer program. All the other functions of Nero, lightscribe, etc work okay. A few weeks ago I deleted some images, could I have inadvertently deleted a program off the software or the PC that would enable this to work?
It was a brand new version of Nero, any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated either as a post or a PM.
