Need help and advice...

I've done a bit of work to this shot, but I've tried not to lose the texture and tone of the skin. The background is quite sunny - does anybody think that perhaps I should edit in an overhanging tree branch, to suggest shade in the shot?
As for the hair - I've got a hold of a tablet and pen, so I will draw the hair back in as best I can when I'm feeling up to the task!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, folks!! You have all been fantastic so far!

Being "Thai" skin tones, it looks a little "false".. I reckon if the shot was taken with perhaps 1/2 to 2/3 stops slower, the skin tones would be pretty much "spot on".
Although there was a bit of lipstick involved, the lips in the above are too red.

OK you caught me. That means I have to do the hard work and my own colour corrections for the lipstick rather than piggy-back on Smeggy's work. I'm not going to worry about the Thai skin tones though as there's plenty of natural variation to provide me all the excuses I need.Being "Thai" skin tones, it looks a little "false"..
