ND Stops

Looks about right at first glance, at least the maths tallies. But if pushing it to 10 stop I would suggest it would be prudent to try a test stop first.
I have a similar table somewhere for the lower stopped filters - the ones which are usually labelled ND1; ND2;.....ND32 the latter of which is only 5 stop (I think) but even with these a bit of tweeking often helps. Ususally a longer exposure is required.

I've got a Hoya ND2 and ND4 screw in unused and the Kood 2 and 4(Cokin square type) unused and one of those varifilters from 7Dayshop which goes from clear to black which is supposed to be 8 stop IIRC. Didn't have a lot of success with it first time round so waiting for a nice day to try again And try out the others of course
