What diffuser is it?
As for falling, what flash is it mounted on?

Hmm, I have one of those and it's not the lightest diffuser in the world. However my AF280T holds the weight at any angle I choose.
Might be worth a word with the supplier of the flash to check whether the tilt action on yours is looser than it ought to be?

Weight will be a problem but Having used similar ones in the past I didn't find it too bad.
Where did you get it and which size as I need 2 for my Metz 58s.

Can I ask where you bought the diffuser? Been trying to find one to fit my Metz 48 AF.

How does it compare against the collapsible version of the Gary Fong LightSphere?
I've been considering a lightSphere for a while...

Microglobe do a good range of diffusers at good prices
If you have the 540fgz the Nikon SB900 one fits
The Microglobe MQ-I Chrome Dome Lightsphere Cloud Model is a great addition.

umn.. I go to the dollar store buy a little rectangular plastic water bottle and cut the top off and squeeze it on... you'd be surprised how well that works..
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

I've mentioned it before, but I've had great success with the design here:

Costs a couple of quid in total. If you are feeling really adventurous, then buy some coloured foam to make a version that'll give a bit of extra colour to a scene

As far as I am concerned, I am quite happy with the diffuser except for one small niggle. The dome appears to be quite heavy so the flash has become top heavy and tilting it forward even a tiny bit makes it to collapse (I hope I have made it clear - I have set the flash pointing straight up). Are there any DIY fixes?
Cheers
