i love the shot and vintage-feel, my first thought was "yeah thats too much grain!"... but the longer i look at it.. i dont know.
it kinda works, but with that amount of noise, you should go even further and photoshop in tear marks and cracks,
ad a frame, coffeecup stains...maby some subtle sepia...i mean REALLY work with it.
as it is now i would call it a work in progress.

I've altered it a little more in paintshop than I usually would, and can't make up my mind if I've tried to do too much.
