So, if you haven't got a "standard" lens you can't enter?

If you only have a zoom, then just shoot an image at the appropriate focal length. I'm pretty sure JAK has detailed this in his competition, but that would be:

For Q system - 8.5mm
For APS-C - Around 35mm
For full frame - 50mm

Also to add, for the 645D/Z cameras the equivalent focal length will be 64mm as they're 'cropped' medium format cameras.
