Misty veiwfinder
1 - Focusing Screen
2 - Pentamirror Chamber
3 - Viewfinder Lenses
Or any combination of the above.
1 is the easiest to fix, the other two take time to dissipate. Put it in a bag with a sachet of silica gel for a day or two...
Hmmm... Problem is it could be musted on:

Alan, I'm still lurking, not so much posting. Have more time on my hands at the moment.
Got married in November.
Sent you a PM
Paul, as far as I know it is worth slowly warming up the camera after being out in the cold. This can help stop condensation problems. Perhaps leave it in the camera bag.

Leave it in the bag until the camera and lens temperature has equalised with the ambient room temperature (could be several hours). It will not mist up again.
The moisture (mist) would have formed when the cold camera was exposed to the warm and humid atmosphere of your home. The moisture in the air condenses on any colder surface that it touches. In this case, the internals of your camera.
