They have a real shop in central London, with helpful staff, even if it is mainly boxed stock for Internet orders. I bought a nice tripod from them recently; best price I found for this - Benro C2682TB1 Travel Angel II - and the price has even dropped a couple of quid since then!

I bought something from them which should not be names and they were lightning quick, beautifully packaged and the price, including free postage was ultra competitive.
Only one drawback: the instruction booklet was in Japanese with no translation.

I bought a lens in-store and the person there was not willing to give a VAT receipt. Can’t fault the prices though.

Last few days I have been trying to buy DA35 f2.4 from them, but it seems that online shop has some issues. I can't pass the second step when choosing the payment option, it just does not give me any choice at all, nothing to select. Any similar experiences? Anyone bought something from them recently? Tried to contact them but still no answer. Maybe the problem is in my location (Croatia)? It shouldn't be, they offer the delivery to countries outside UK.

Try looking for them on Ebay - I bought a lens cap from their Ebay store a few months ago, same price as their online shop but I think it had free P&P
