Just teseted:
Sandisk 8Gb SDHC Micro SD card + Kingston Adaptor worked with no problem.
A bit slow but that's probably more to do with the fact it's a Class 2 card rather than the Class 6 of my normal card.

Have previously tried a micro SDHC and adapter (SanDisk). Worked fine.

DA* 16-50, DA* 50-135, DA* 300,
DA 50-200, FA 24-90, FA 20-35,
M 400-600, A 50 f1.4, A 28 f2.8, A 70-210, M 35-80, M 50 f1.7
A x2S teleconverter and a few others ...

My 4 and 8 gig Micros work fine in my 2 K20's and my X70,

Can anyone confirm that a Micro SD card with adaptor will work in a K20D? They're supposed to be broadly electrically compatible with "standard" SD cards.
