It worked in my son-in-law's K200 and in my K-30. Though as the adapter is slightly thicker it was slightly trickier to get it out as it did not spring eject as much as my standard SD card.

Be carefull -
- most microSD cards are not very fast
- sometimes the adaptors are unreliable as I had that issue with a microSD card and an adaptor bought for use with my phone. Looked like the card was faulty, when the real cause was poor contact in the adaptor

K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)

Depending on your tablet, it may be simpler to connect a standard SD card reader. I use a neat little Fujifilm USB reader plugged into a short "host" cable (available on eBay for a couple of quid) and stick this into the micro USB port on my Archos 80 G9 Turbo tablet. Works fine. I don't much like the idea of using a micro SD adapter in the camera.

I have in the past couple of months switched to Sandisk Ultra micro SD cards for my two k-5s:

They're actually considerably faster than one of the 'class 10' cards I was using previously (half the time to clear the buffer!)
No real negatives yet.
I partly got them so that I could use with my tablet, although I have to confess that the micro sd cards are so small and fiddly that I'm generally reluctant to transfer them in and out of the tablet.
That and the lack of any great raw viewing software makes it a bit less useful than it perhaps ought be, although it does mean that down the line I can use the same cards in a gopro or phone or whatever other microsd (or any other kind of SD!) device I end up getting.

Used some in a K20D recently - ran out of other cards and all I had available was the Micro SDs. I was using burst mode and did not notice any difference in speed.
When copy off, again same speed as SanDisk Ultra IIIs

I am assuming it will work but wondered what your experience was in terms of speed?
I am considering trying this so that I can immediately transfer images to my Tablet PC when out in the field from the micro SD card
