Hi,
I have a Metz 32MZ-3 flash and I want to use it on my Pentax K20D. Has anyone tried this and will it work? If so what do you set the flash to when using it on the K20D in Green Mode or P Mode?

Not sureabout the 32MZ-3 - it's probably a TTL flash and not P-TTL. Consequently you can use "A" mode and "M" mode on the flash - which means you need to:
1) Fix your ISO on the camera (not auto ISO)
2) Use Av mode to fix the aperture

(My flash guide e-book should help )
