I went to Chirk Castle on Saturday. Couldn't really get inspired in the gardens, but took a couple of shots at the old farm buildings on the way in.

C&C welcome

Good colours and exposure but what's the odd effect in the seed heads or whatever they are? Have you been a tad heavy handed with the sharpening? Or is it just they way it is?

If you mean the black "dots" then that is the way the seed heads are, ( but I had to go back to the original to check )

Great colours Father, perhaps just a slight crop on the right to get rid of the rainwater down pipe.
The older I get the faster I was.

Do you not think the crop would be too close to the wheel arch?

I might try that, to see what it looks like.

I agree with the Father crop all the pipe out and it may destroy the wheel arch, maybe crop to touch the pipe?
