Hi, I just want to find out something. If I use my AF540FGZ in manual mode at full power, sync speed 180 and any aperture and the flash zoomed to 58mm. The 58mm on the Af540fgz flash blinks as soon as I press the shutter button, why is that. Can anybody help me?

It blinks when the zoom of the flash is not wide enough for the focal length of the lens.
So 16m flash and 24mm lens is al right but with 24mm lens and 50mm flash zoom it blinks since the flash beam is too narrow.
