Macro lens and extension tube combo

You can attach any extension tubes to your Sigma 105 lens, as I do with mine. The Sigma has its own aperture ring so there is no problem setting the aperture.
I wouldn't recommend cheapo ones from ebay though. Get some quality Vivitar or similar from an online retailer like Ffordes Photography - you will only pay £15 to £20 for a high quality used set that will last you forever.
I love using extension tubes with my Sigma 105 and also with a variety of 50mm lenses I have, the best of these is probably the Pentax-M 50mm F1.4 that is great for macro as it is very sharp.
