An M42 to K adaptor. You'll loose all lens functions (no AF and manual stopping down of the lens) but if you have a Pentax lens with the M/A sliding switch on the side you can use it in Av mode (focus with the switch set to A, i.e., wide open, then slide it to M to shut the aperture down and take the shot).
Make sure that the adaptor fits inside the throat of the camera. There are some that have a flange which sits outside the throat and prevents your lens focusing on infinity. Also, try to stick to a good quality make (Pentax or SRB Griturn for example) as some people have had problems with the cheaper ones, mainly the chrome flaking off into the camera.
