have a browse in this ebay sellers shop "hkyongnuophotoequipment" specifically the YN-460 or YN-462 models, also note there is a new YN-462II model just been released with manual flash in 1/7 increments.
There's also a Flikr Yongnuo discussion group for more detailed info.

Gareth the LumoPro LP120 is here €109 and has a guidenumber of 80 at normal zoom (50mm), so not at fullest zoom (85mm) which means it's quite powerful!
It also has four connections so almost every kind of trigger will fit
Here are some reviews.

Sorry the guide number is wrong, it's 120feet or 37meteres at iso100 at 50mm zoom meaning it's in the same league as the Metz 48 AF-1 but then for half the price.

First I was looking at second-hand flashguns but most weren't really that powerful but then I came across the LumoPro LP120.
has anyone have experience with them?
Even your thoughts about them would be helpful.

ps. forgot to ask how the Cactus v4 triggers are?
ps again.
does any one have experience with the other things lumapro sells, particularly their stands?
