Ludlow Green Festival

A rare chance to take some photos without trying to look after children at the same time! My wife was one of the organisers of the Ludlow Green Festival, an event to explain the benefits of an environmentally sustainable lifestyle. These pictures were all taken at the Ludlow Brewery during the evening party, real ale and good music, my first attempt at gig photography.

All C&C gratefully received

All taken with a K5, lenses were Sigma 105mm Macro, Sigma 10-20 and I think a couple with the DFA 50 1.8

A very impressive effort. You capture the atmosphere well.
Best wishes,

Lovely subtle atmosphere, and the exposures are all well judged. Skin tones are good except for the 2nd, where the green cast is washing over the face and arm - I'm not keen on this and suggest trying to pull it out on the skin areas.

The mono ones have a lovely sense of intimacy, very well done!

A nice set, I think the mono ones work best, they convey the atmosphere of the event very well.

Thanks for the kind comments, I'll have a go at number 2 and see if I can make him less Hulk-esque.
