Losing the plot?

Just returned to Qatar after a brief leave in the UK.

Field tested my K7 whilst in the UK and mangaed to spoil some flash shots by not paying attention to the camera settings.

Returned here to Qatar to find my broadband not working... :
So for two days I've been in touch with Qtel to see if there's a problem with the line (ADSL). They said no problem? They said check the configuration of the modem.

Arrived back at my appartment tonight armed with an ethernet cable ready to check the modem.

As I went to plug in the ethernet cable, I noticed that I had not re-connected the phone cable!!!

Now convinced that I am loosing it.

Too far from a shore.

Did a similar thing last night!

Helped a friend move house during the day which completely wore me out, then went to run the poker night as usual.

Plugged the VGA cable into the telly as I use tournament software on the laptop to run the game, and just could not for the life of me get a picture. Done it every week for a year so I know I had it set up right, until after 5 minutes of swearing and sweating someone pointed out that I hadn't plugged the cable into the laptop!

Think I'm losing it too!

Not so long ago, someone pointed out to me on this very forum:

I'll guess that makes three with a "grey moment".

I lose it all the time, something to do with getting older.

Did I mention I lose it all the time, something to do with getting older.

Also the older I get I keep forgetting what it is I was going to say.

You just joined the select club of High Powers.
And I always understood Gods live forever, and don't get old. Only wiser.

Sadly, I don't seem to get wiser either
And I'm no God

I was definitely wiser in my thirties...

There really is a 'grey thing' going on, but for some reason it started at my chin and is now working it's way up. Like a kind of Photoshop gradient, with brown at the top and grey at the bottom.
