The joy, of waiting for a 6 or 7 min exposure, plus another 6 or 7 mins dark frame and then these pop up on your screen

Great stuff again, Derek, not only the shapes, movement and depth - there are subtle colour shifts going on in these too.

It took hundreds of scientists, lot of huge telescopes and massive computing power to take the first picture of a black hole, then you go and do it in your kitchen...
