I'd want at least an f/1.4 DA* prime in the 28-35mm range. f/1 is just asking for trouble at a great cost.

Chris, I've seen a lot of pictures recently with the Zeiss 50mm f0.95 Noctilux on the Leica M9 and I've been really knocked out by them. This guy's work is really impressive http://www.ottoschulzephotographers.com/blog/destination-wedding-photographers/l...

A longer lens or two would be good, but I'd be unlikely to buy them tbh.
A few more DC lenses (like the 18-135 drive) would be good too.

1. DA* 28mm F1.4 (fast, giving correct FOV as the eye on APS-C)

Most people agree that the Noctilux f0.95 is soft wide open and that by the time it sharpens up you might as well have bought a 35/1.4.

I wouldn't have thought many let alone 'most' people have any experience of it. The pictures I have seen are quite remarkable.

Long 70-100mm Platic fantastic prime, and a 12-16mm of the same. If they would make me as happy as the 35mm cheapy does I'd be made up

Remarkable it probably accurate, but it still doesn't mean it's worth the price when there's so much other Zeiss glass that is also remarkable .... without costing an insane amount.

a wr 85 1.4 macro with built in LED lights around the barrel
a wr 200-400 zoom
a wr 600mm 5.6 reflex
also a revised wr 1.7 teleconverter
a wr 200-400 zoom

Reworked, improved, WR, lens motors as needed: 12-24mm, 16-50mm, 17-70mm, 50-200mm, 55-300mm.
Cheap 'n' cheerful 50mm and 70mm-ish primes.
New DA 28mm.
NEW DA 135mm.
New DA 70-200mm f4.
Bury SDM with a stake through its heart.
Make a start on adding motors to every lens in the range. This what the market mostly wants these days, right or wrong, I would guess.
Now dream on ...
