Lens shake?

I've tried all the lens correction tools in first Lightroom then Photoshop CS6 but nothing will shift this grey fringing.
Chromatic aberration and colour fringing don't bother me as they can be fixed easily but this strange 'grey thing' is rather puzzling.
I realise this is a heavy crop and most shots don't show this so it's not a huge problem but I'm sure it shouldn't be there
As you can see here, 'In focus edges' do not show this....strange

I guess I'll just have to live with it....until can afford something better
You've all been very helpful, many thanks, particularly Peter for taking the time to examine the original

I don't use it much but the (lensfun lens model based) automatic correction I'm using in darktable does replace the colour cast with some grey - but then some tweaking of the TCA strength slider seems to get rid of almost all the grey as well( at least for the shot I posted above anyway - its hard to be scientific about these things).

Lightroom's CA removal option removes the colour cast around the edges, but replaces it with grey.It looks like CA to me yes. But the question then is can anything be done about it, hence the interest in trying CA correction against the raw.
