Lens Buying decision - Your thoughts please

Hi all,
I am currently a happy owner of a DA* 50-135.
When I bought it, I always had it in mind to eventually get a DA* 60-250 as well. Although there is a lot of overlap between them, I thought because it is a faster lens it would be good to keep the 50-135 as well as the 60-250.
Now I'm wondering whether it's worth keeping both, or just go for the 60-250.
I know it's my decision at the end of the day, but I'd be grateful to hear your views.

I have both ... personally I think they compliment each other well but if I could only have one I would keep the 60-250mm. If it's any consolation you could happily sell the 55-300mm as it would never get used again

Yes, it was always my intention to sell the 55-300, which I bought as a stop-gap until I could get the 60-250.

i would go for the 60-250 F4, myself i had the DA* 50-135 F2.8 and bought the 17-70 F4,
then bought the sigma 100-300mm F4. i sold the 50-135 although a great lens which gets raved about i like the 17-70,60-250 and the 100-300 with the last two i use my kenco 1.5 converter shq..

Keep both. There are times where the 50-135 will be smaller and faster, and the 60-250 for reach. If you can keep both, keep them!
