legacy Ricoh forum

Hi folks, following a house move, now nicely settled in, I rediscovered my Ricoh cameras (GX100 / GXR) and would very much like to revisit the old Ricoh users forum - does anyone know if its still available?

There's nothing obvious from a Google search, so it may be defunct, unless somebody else knows differently?

Sadly it closed down. There was very little activity there; I guess users have been more active on FB than on the forum, and it doesn't help that Ricoh have done very little to refresh the GR range since it's introduction.

If you don't mind FB there are interesting groups here and lots of others if you search for Ricoh GR

Personally, I am very attached to the GR, it complements the K-1 perfectly. Hopefully there will be an update for those wanting something more up to date with emerging expectations.

Thanks... I did the Google thing too & got zero results, (which is why I posted here). Isn't it always the way with things you throw out - I tidied up (read: deleted) loads of ancient bookmarks the other day as part of my new house; new broom thing and guess what? All my old camera forum links were amongst them. Damn!!
I'll cut to the chase - maybe you guys can help... what I really want is a guide on the subject of the My... settings. In amongst the Ricoh enthusiast postings, someone ( a guy from eastern Europe somewhere - Hungary? Poland? Croatia?) wrote some very useful pages about the GX cameras, including some great content on the subject of his suggestions for "my_x" settings - does that ring any bells, folks?
