Havnt been on here for a little while now so thought i would stick a few images up from the last few months. All pictures taken using a Pentax K5 & Sigma 10-20mm

Any comments/critique welcome!

1,
This was taken at Iken in Suffolk. The dead tree is isolated in the reed bed and there are many other trees like this in the area. Was a stormy afternoon and i thought this would make a good subject.

This shot is HDR, iso80, 1/40 at f10.

2,
An early morning start at Shingle Street, Suffolk. The tide was out making the shingle banks more visible. At low tide they can barely be seen and the currents here are very dangerous so not a good idea to go swimming.

iso80, 0.6sec at f/13, nd 4grad.

3,
This shot was taken on the beach at Landguard point Felixstowe. With the port in the background and not to much in the foreground i decided to drop the camera down low to make a feature of the water swirling round the gravel.

4,
I managed to catch a few shots just before the sun went down on this day. It had been raining constantly and when it finally stopped there was a great sunset. There was also lots of low lying mist forming. This is one of the shots. Again this was taken in suffolk.

#3 for me, although I'd lighten up the top third of the RH side just a tad.

Very nice set
