Knights Battle at Hever

A selection of shots taken at Hever Castle over the Bank Holiday weekend. I was really pleased with these. All shot at 150mm on the DA150-450, mostly f10, ISO 400 and around 400th sec. There are Jousting and Yeomanry display shots to come. If you ever get the chance, these events are well worth the day out. Top class displays.

certainly look as though they are putting in the effort, lots of colour to play with but probably to many shots of their backs to make it of great interest.

Nice action, but I think a tighter crop would improve some of these.

They were. Sadly, as with so many of these events, it's so busy that once you get a spot you are stuck there! I will be going a couple of times next year, so more opportunities will arise. Until they start you never know where they Be.

As for cropping, I could have I guess, and did with a couple. Thanks for the comment though.
