K7 Mk2?

I went for a K7 instead of a K5,yes,the 7 needs lots of light, but it is at least stable. Then I started to think, why didn't Pentax just change the sensor in the K7 and call it a mk2 K7,and while they're at it they could design and develop a high sensitivity CCD sensor!!! I hope you are reading this Pentax.:D:D Regards Chris

Depends on the images really, you might see the extra noise of the cmos in the skies for example.
Also the pixels of the K20D are slightly softer as the K10D so the difference in sharpness and finer detail is probably not that large.
