K5IIs New User

I've just upgraded to the K5IIs from a K-r - Many thanks to all those who offered their advice and comments to my earlier post seeking guidance. I've only fired off a few snaps at home so far but VERY impressed at the quality and sharpness of the images compared to the K-r. Focus is also much snappier, especially in low light. The layout is a great improvement for me - all the 'important' bits seem to be in the right place, mind you I do have quite small hands - it might be a little tight for those with big fingers. I bought mine from SRS, the first time I have visited the store. I can only echo what others have said about the quality of their customer service. As customers, I know that we should expect good customer service wherever we shop, but far too few retailers seem to realise that. From my (limited) experience of SRS on-line, and now in person, they certainly get it. Phil

Congrats on your new purchase Phil. Got my one just over a week ago and somehow it's reignited my photo buzz. I upgraded from a K-5 and I can see the extra detail in every shot.
