k5iis

Hi all
on January the 5th I bought a k5iis used from my local lce but had to take it back the next day every time I took a photo it frozen so had to take out the battery to use again
they agreed it was faulty and would sent it off for repair they said 3/4 weeks its now 7 nealy 8 weeks
have phoned twice to be told awaiting parts from pentax I want the camera back but feel if I phone again I am being a pest advice on my next move please

Agree with them a deadline after which you'd like your money back if still not repaired. If that's not what you want you'll have to wait as there isn't much else lce can do other than try and source another one for you (but they aren't showing any more in stock at the moment.)

"BE A PEST" Keep ringing. Be nice but give them hell. They'll either do something or get fed up with you and give you your money back. Carrot and stick. Tell them how good they are then say except in this case. Got the idea????????????????

i would be after my money back and if they say its fixed say i want som compansation for the length of time it as been down seeing that it as taken twice as long

its back for the repairers with new internals and a shutter count of 292 and what a camera faster focusing and sharper photos so worth the wait
