K50 or ks2 macro?

Perhaps English is not your native tongue, so let me try to help you out here.
My opinion is that the switch from WiFi to Shutter button in order to facilitate easier operation when using the K-S2 as a 'selfie' camera is, in my considered opinion, a gimmick. In this context, a gimmick is something that while usable is not really necessary but a fun item that might help sell an object due to it being a unique feature which might appeal to the 'selfie' crowd..
This opinion of mine is based on testing a regular Pentax DLSR (albeit without articulating screen) as a selfie shooter and using the thumb of the left hand to depress the regular shutter button. It is easy and requires no abnormal dexterity on the part of the user.
I hope you can understand my point better now and can see that while this opinion may not match your own, it is in fact my opinion and not, as you put it, 'Whinging'...

Whinging = Complain persistently and in a peevish or irritating way.

You've obviously never tried shooting with the body upside down, I do this often to get the flash aiming the way I want.
I was lumping your comment in with other 'never satisfied' comments, at which point it just comes across as whinging. Just because you don't see a use for it, doesn't make it a gimmick.
I can't see a use for it in the context of this thread, unless you want a selfie with a spider Still doesn't make it a gimmick.

That is totally irrelevant to what I clearly explained, also let me assure you that there is nothing about me which you could possible conclude as being obvious. You absolutely don't know me at all.
Right now you're sounding hostile, like a troll trying to provoke me. This will be my last post in this thread and any further hostility will leave me no choice but to report you to the moderators.

That was a serious point! If there was some other switch I wouldn't have to attach a battery grip just to facilitate this.
As for this:

Steve, perhaps you should just report yourself!

None of them is an excellent choice, I recommend the Tamron to you.
