Me too, the last wet clean was on the *istDS

Same here, I haven't used anything more then a rocket blower and occasionally a Arctic Butterfly which is also a great tool.

is it time this topic was de-stickied? My K-5 had no issues and still doesn't. It's packed and ready to tackle Goodwood Revival tomorrow, along with the K-3.

the sensor has a static charge even after switching off the camera
CMOS sensors don't use static charge.
As said before, a rocket-blower has worked perfectly well for me since the K20D Wet swab wipes over sensors was common on *ist-D CCD etc, but no longer!
