K5 Firmware 1.13 Query

The UK Pentax website only lists this update as being applicable to the Silver edition K5. Is this right? Other geographical areas seem to list the update as being applicable to K5's without any distinction as to which edition of the camera it is appicable to. Advice please as I am confused.

Unless the guts of the K-5 are radically different in the standard and the silver editions, I'd say that this firmware update applies across the board. Give Pentax a call: 0870 7368299.

I notice that on the .co.uk website there is no mention of the firmware update that was recently released for the Kr either!

This is on the Japanese site:

Mine (a standard K5) is running 1.13 quite happily. Can't remember where the update came from, but it was a link on this forum

It's actually been very windy lately, 25.6Km/H from the West right now. The 21 degrees that my weather station is reading feels more like 15/16 degrees outside.

Brings back memories . . . bad ones. I switched my heating off . . . in early February.
