K5 - ISO 6400 - awful light

K5 + DA* 60-250mm - in available light, which was changing in colour and intensity so quickly, I'm surprised I got so many keepers.

Looks like it was a good evening. Very impressive at that ISO.

Note to self don't show my son - the Ibanez guitar is identical to one he had stolen a few year back - and for which he still grieves.

Very nice, you can push the ISO even more if you want...

I used daylight WB to try and keep the atmosphere of the lighting.

It was a good evening Gwyn. It was one of a series of free concerts in the Parque Almenara shopping mall just outside Lorca where the earthquake was 2 months ago.

Blues night this Friday, the Beatles (tribute) the week after.

I'll not tell my husband about the blues night - he'd be on the next plane out there. You are lucky to have so much going on - no doubt the benefits of actually having a summer instead of just rumours of one .

I'm still amazed at the high ISO performance of the K-5. I rarely use flash these days.
